The 2021 VCF Weekend will take place 5th-7th March 2021 at Quinta  Oswestry, Shropshire

It is an opportunity for folk who are involved, or interested in VCF to meet together as a family for fun, fellowship, food, and sharing together whilst looking into God’s Word for us and for our profession.

****  In light of many people requests this is a new location -More Info to follow nearer the event*****

The VCF weekend offers an opportunity to meet and and share with others who share that common bond of an interest or passion for Jesus combined with a heart for the veterinary profession. It offers a place where the two can be understood to work together for God’s glory and purpose.
The weekend offers a unique opportunity for everyone to come together in a relaxed, informal way, to ask questions and to have space and time to consider how we share Christ’s love in the veterinary world in the ministry that he has given to each one of us. It also offers the chance to find “Paul’s” to mentor and support us on our journey, and to find “Timothy’s” that we in turn can help and support on theirs.

 Come along and find

  • Mentoring
  • Friendships
  • Networking
  • 8 Hours CPD
  • Worship together
  • Support for nurses
  • Support for students
  • Learning from God’s Word
  • Support for vets in practice
  • The world famous VCF Ceilidh!
  • Learn about the VCF missionaries
  • Families really welcome (programme provided for children)
  • And so much more....

The weekend is open to all. Vets (whether still practicing or not), vet students, vet nurses, vet nurse students, others in all parts of the profession, and of course families are hugely welcome.

You may arrive from 5pm on Friday, and the first session will begin at 8pm. Tea and coffee will be available on arrival, but there is no evening meal provided on Friday. The last session will finish at 4.15pm on Sunday.

The Conference will include 'VCF Vision', a chance for you to give feedback on what you think VCF should be doing and to elect the new Committee.

The Conference will qualify for 8 hours CPD.

Activities will be provided for those up to school year 11 during the main sessions.

If you wish to give a donation towards a student or nurse registration then please select the 'Sponsor a Student/nurse' option on the booking site or visit www.vcf.org.uk/payments to make a one-off donation via PayPal.
